Fulfillment and Clerical Support Services

ALF provides a number of customized support services which are designed to support the remittance fulfillment process. Services offered include:

  • Laser printing and mailing of letters, receipts and notices.
  • Fulfillment of membership or other direct mail material and/or premiums.
  • Customer Relations clerical support for answering comment mail, handling return checks and completion of other administrative support functions relating to customer payments and requests.
  • Electronic and hard copy storage of client documents.
