The management team of ALF has over 60 years of payment processing experience which is reflected in our ability to install and manage a flawlessly executed remittance and fulfillment processing system. No other lockbox service provider has the depth of experience and knowledge that ALF has. Our overall fulfillment experience demonstrates our capabilities as processors of mail, data collection and related fulfillment services. We offer expertise and experience in our management team, administrative and operational personnel.

Technology

In late 2007 ALF installed the most sophisticated image system available to our industry. This image system uses the latest image technological platforms available and is capable of converting 100% of our client’s document formats to image. Flexible in design this system is capable of expanding to meet future growth needs without a large capital investment making it an ideal solution for a growing company or client.

ALF’s hardware includes full page scanners, table top medium speed check and document scanners and 3 high speed transport scanners, all which give ALF the ability to process in excess of 150,000 transactions a day.

From image capture all digitized transactions are immediately stored in our web based image storage and retrieval system that is available to our clients any time day or night. This image system allows our clients to browse, sort, search, print and email any transaction that will assist them in problem resolution or documentation.

In addition to the image platform ALF has a stand alone data entry system which will provide the manual data entry requirements of our clients. Common applications include petition and application processing where electronic capture from image is not desirable or practical.
